Each handcrafted wood piece may have slight finish variations, making yours one of a kind. Due to hand-cutting and hand-sanding, length and width may occasionally vary slightly by about 0.5–1".

- Clean gently. Use a soft cloth and mild cleaner suitable for the product’s materials. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, abrasive pads, or pressure washing unless specifically stated as safe for the item.
- Assemble and use properly. Follow the assembly, installation, mounting, and use instructions provided with the product. Do not overload shelves, tables, benches, hooks, brackets, or other load-bearing parts beyond reasonable household use.
- Do not modify the product. Unauthorized disassembly, structural changes, repainting, refinishing, or repairs may affect the product’s appearance, stability, and warranty coverage.
- Natural material variations. For products made with natural wood, live edge slabs, bamboo, or handcrafted elements, variations in grain, knots, tone, texture, shape, and small seasonal movement may occur and are part of the material’s natural character.

Founded in 2023, WoodArtDeal grew from a passion for woodworking and home transformation. Before a new furniture design moves into production, sample pieces are reviewed and refined with experienced craftsmen, including artisans with more than 10 years of woodworking experience. Each product is developed with attention to structure, usability, and finish.
Reliable Delivery
We currently ship eligible orders only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Most furniture ships from China and is typically transported by sea freight first. After arrival in the United States, final delivery is completed by FedEx, an LTL freight carrier, or local freight delivery, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.
We use protective packaging designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging may include a cardboard box, foam padding, and an exterior wooden crate frame, depending on the product. If your order arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
