Credit card payments may be processed by Oceanpayment. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal, including Venmo where available.

Our checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout. Payment information is submitted directly to the third-party payment service selected during checkout. WoodArtDeal does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own systems.
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is successfully submitted, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. All orders remain subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Refund and Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Customers usually receive approved refunds within 6 calendar days after the applicable refund condition is met or an eligible cancellation is approved. This timing includes WoodArtDeal processing time and payment provider processing time.
WoodArtDeal submits approved refunds within 3 calendar days after the refund condition is met. After submission, the payment provider usually takes 1-3 calendar days to post the refund to the customer account.
