This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how we help when an item has a verified manufacturing or material defect.

Warranty Coverage

WoodArtDeal provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from woodartdeal.com, unless a different warranty period or warranty scope is clearly stated on the product page.
This warranty starts from the date your order is delivered.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products used under normal indoor household conditions.

Products Covered

This policy applies to eligible furniture and home products sold directly through WoodArtDeal, including but not limited to:
• Solid wood furniture
• Wood furniture with metal frames, brackets, hardware, woven/rattan parts, or other functional components
• Wood-style, bamboo, rattan, polywood, or mixed-material furniture, as described on the product page.

Unless a different warranty term is specifically stated on the product page or provided in writing by WoodArtDeal, this Warranty Policy will apply to eligible products.

What This Warranty Covers

Under normal use, this limited warranty covers defects caused by materials, manufacturing, or workmanship, including:
• Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
• Broken or failed load-bearing components under normal use
• Defective joints, welding, brackets, hinges, or hardware
• Missing, incorrect, or damaged functional parts
• Major manufacturing defects that prevent the product from being used as intended
• Significant cracking, separation, or deformation caused by improper material processing or workmanship

We will review each claim based on the product type, issue description, photos or videos provided, order information, and reasonable product-use expectations.

Natural Wood and Handcrafted Characteristics

Many WoodArtDeal products are made with natural wood, live edge slabs, bamboo, or handcrafted elements. These materials make each piece unique.
The following are considered normal material characteristics and are not usually treated as defects:

• Natural wood grain, knots, mineral lines, and color variation
• Slight differences in tone between product images and the received item
• Reasonable live edge shape variation
• Minor handmade differences in finish, texture, or dimensions
• Small seasonal expansion or contraction caused by temperature or humidity changes
• Fine hairline cracks that do not affect safety, stability, or normal use
• Natural aging, patina, or color change over time

These variations are part of real wood and handcrafted furniture. They do not reduce the structural quality of the product when the item remains safe and functional.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Exposure to water, rain, direct sunlight, high heat, excessive dryness, or high humidity
• Improper assembly, installation, mounting, or use not following the product instructions
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, repainting, refinishing, or structural alteration
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Surface scratches, dents, stains, fading, or finish wear caused by use or cleaning
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper care
• Damage caused by pets, children, accidents, fire, flood, earthquake, or other events outside normal use
• Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product safety or function
• Products purchased from third-party sellers, resale platforms, unauthorized dealers, or secondhand sources

Shipping Damage, Missing Parts, or Wrong Items.

Shipping damage, missing parts, and wrong items are handled as delivery-related issues, not long-term warranty claims. If reported within 30 business days of delivery, we will review the case and help provide an appropriate solution when approved.

Please contact us within 30 business days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• The name used on the order
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
• A brief description of the problem

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please email us with the following information:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Delivery date, if available
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A short explanation of when and how the issue occurred
• Photos of packaging, labels, or hardware if relevant

Warranty Costs

For approved warranty claims, WoodArtDeal will cover reasonable costs related to the warranty solution, including eligible replacement parts and standard shipping for those parts when applicable.
If the issue is not covered by this warranty, customers may still contact us for support. In such cases, replacement parts, shipping fees, repair costs, or other related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Replacement Parts and Warranty Period

Receiving replacement parts, repair guidance, or a replacement item does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless WoodArtDeal confirms otherwise in writing.
The original warranty period remains based on the delivery date of the original order.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your furniture in good condition, please follow reasonable care and use practices:

• Use the product indoors unless stated otherwise
• Keep wood surfaces dry and wipe spills promptly
• Avoid placing hot items directly on finished surfaces
• Use coasters, pads, or protective mats when needed
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
• Keep furniture away from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and unstable humidity
• Assemble or install the product according to the instructions
• Do not overload shelves, tables, benches, hooks, or brackets beyond reasonable use

Proper care helps preserve the finish, structure, and long-term performance of your furniture.

Returns and Refunds

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.
A return request, cancellation request, shipping damage claim, or warranty claim may have different requirements and timelines.

Policy Updates

WoodArtDeal may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, operational updates, or legal requirements.
Any update will not reduce warranty rights that have already applied to eligible products purchased before the update.
