Product specifications
If you are notified that the product (or the wood type, size or color you selected) you ordered is no longer available after placing your order or before it is shipped, you may request an exchange or refund (order cancellation).
If, within 30 business days of receiving your order, the product you receive is clearly different from your order details (excluding natural wood variations or handcrafted differences), you may request a return and refund.
Due to natural wood variations and the handcrafted nature of many items, colors and details may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Slight texture variations and color differences are not considered defects. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices and availability
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The product price is the final price, which covers all fees, including customs duties and import fees. Customers do not need to pay VAT or duties at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders
For custom orders, the product information is considered final once confirmed through direct communication with the customer (via live chat or email).

We accept cancellations; however, they must meet the following conditions:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
