At Woodartdeal, we are committed to resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy. However, we do not tolerate any unacceptable behavior directed towards our Customer Service Team. Including:
(1). Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior, such as threats, intimidation, verbal abuse, discriminatory remarks, rudeness, or swearing.
(2). Repeated, unreasonable complaints, when issues have already been resolved in accordance with our policies.
(3). Unrealistic demands, asking for special compensation, or expecting staff to violate company policies or provide outcomes beyond our established procedures.
(4). Changing the nature of a complaint, altering the focus or desired outcome after a response has already been provided.

Such behavior may lead to limitations on further engagement with our team.

SECTION 4 - Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, photos, specifications, pricing, and availability, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct or update information without prior notice. If a significant error affects an order, we will contact the affected customer to resolve the issue.

Product Options and Variations
If, after an order is placed and before shipment, we determine that the product or selected product option is no longer available, we will contact you. You may request a replacement option or a refund through order cancellation.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or does not match the confirmed order details due to a WoodArtDeal error or an approved delivery-related issue, you may request a return, exchange, refund, replacement parts, reshipment, or another appropriate solution under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Due to natural wood variations and the handcrafted nature of many items, colors, grain patterns, textures, and small details may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Slight natural variations or handcrafted differences are not considered defects unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details due to a WoodArtDeal error.

Prices and availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, except for orders already placed and confirmed as required by applicable law and our policies.
WoodArtDeal currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
For eligible shipments to the contiguous United States, the product price and shipping cost shown at checkout are the final amounts charged by WoodArtDeal for outbound delivery. WoodArtDeal does not require customers to pay additional customs duties or import fees for outbound delivery arranged by WoodArtDeal.
If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests an additional fee related to the outbound shipment arrangement made by WoodArtDeal, please contact help@woodartdeal.com before making payment whenever possible. If the fee is confirmed by WoodArtDeal to be related to the outbound shipment arrangement made by WoodArtDeal, WoodArtDeal will cover or reimburse the approved, reasonable, and documented amount.
Return shipping costs and return-related charges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - Order and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
WoodArtDeal currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other non-contiguous regions, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Orders placed for excluded locations or unsupported address types may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and, at our discretion, may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
If we confirm your order but later find that we cannot supply the product, we will contact you to offer a full refund and cancel the order.
Due to product popularity or supply constraints, we may restrict the number of items available for purchase. The available quantity may change at any time, even after an order has been placed.

SECTION 6 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery time is generally 30 to 39 business days after the order is placed, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer.
This estimate delivery time includes order processing time and transit time. order processing time is generally 2 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (GMT+8), excluding holidays. Transit time is generally 28 to 35 business days.

Most of our furniture is shipped from China. Due to the size and weight of many furniture items, orders are typically transported by sea freight first. Once the order arrives in the United States, final delivery is completed by FedEx, an LTL freight carrier, or local freight delivery, depending on item size, weight, and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs or clearance procedures, routing issues, address issues, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of WoodArtDeal.
If an order has not been delivered within 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, and the delay is not caused by an incorrect address, delivery refusal, failure to receive the package, or another customer-related issue, the customer may contact WoodArtDeal for a delivery review. If the order is confirmed as lost, materially delayed, or affected by a WoodArtDeal error or confirmed carrier issue related to the shipment arrangement made by WoodArtDeal, WoodArtDeal will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. WoodArtDeal will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address change requests before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or is in transit, WoodArtDeal cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. WoodArtDeal is not responsible for package losses, delays, returned shipments, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

If an order is lost, incorrectly delivered, materially delayed, damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a WoodArtDeal error or confirmed carrier issue related to the shipment arrangement made by WoodArtDeal, WoodArtDeal will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include reshipping the order, issuing a full refund, issuing a partial refund, offering a discount code or coupon, or another solution agreed with the customer.

SECTION 7 - Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customer-reason returns are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Delivery-related issues reported within 30 calendar days of delivery, including items that arrive damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or missing parts, are handled under the Return & Refund Policy and may also be reviewed under the Shipping Policy when shipping or carrier information is relevant.
Manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects discovered after the 30-calendar-day delivery issue window may be handled under the Warranty Policy if the product is still within the applicable warranty period.

WoodArtDeal accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return authorization is required before sending any product back. Returns sent without authorization or to an unauthorized address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.
The business address displayed on our website is not a return address. Before the customer ships an approved return, WoodArtDeal will disclose the destination country, approved return address, and applicable return instructions.

Returns are divided into two categories:
1. Company-Error Returns
Company-Error Returns are returns caused by WoodArtDeal, including products that arrive damaged or defective, incorrect products, or products that do not match the confirmed order details due to a WoodArtDeal error.
2. Customer-Reason Returns
Customer-Reason Returns are non-defective returns, including change of mind, customer selection of an incorrect option or specification, or the product no longer being needed.

Refund Amount
For approved returned products, WoodArtDeal refunds 100% of the amount paid for the returned product.

Refund Shipping
For Customer-Reason Returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and WoodArtDeal does not reimburse return shipping costs.
For Company-Error Returns, WoodArtDeal also refunds any approved return shipping cost paid by the customer.

No Restocking Fee
WoodArtDeal does not charge a Restocking Fee for approved returns or exchanges.

Refund Timing
Customers usually receive approved refunds within 6 calendar days after the applicable refund condition is met.

SECTION 8 - Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed before they are processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or placed in transit.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or is in transit, cancellation or order changes cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but the customer may request an eligible return or exchange after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Our checkout uses SSL encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout. Payment information is submitted directly to the third-party payment service selected during checkout. Credit card payments may be processed by Oceanpayment, PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, and other payment methods may be processed by the provider displayed at checkout. WoodArtDeal does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own systems.
By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before processing personal information for purposes that require consent.
