1. Where Can You Ship?
WoodArtDeal currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other non-contiguous regions, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Orders placed for excluded locations or unsupported address types may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

2. How Long is Your Delivery Time?
Estimated delivery is generally 30 to 39 business days.
Estimated delivery time = processing time (2 to 4 business days.) + transit time (28 to 35 business days).

3. Can i Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
If you need to request an address change, please contact WoodArtDeal as soon as possible at help@woodartdeal.com and provide your name and order number.
WoodArtDeal will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address change requests before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or is in transit, WoodArtDeal cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

4. How Much Do You Charge for Shipping?
WoodArtDeal offers free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

5. What Should I Do if an Item is Missing or Damaged Upon Arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery at help@woodartdeal.com. Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
Arrival and delivery-related issues reported within 30 calendar days of delivery are handled under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy . Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include replacement parts, reshipping the order, issuing a full refund, issuing a partial refund, or another solution agreed with the customer.
Manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects discovered after the 30-calendar-day delivery issue window may be reviewed under our Warranty Policy   if the product is still within the applicable warranty period.
1. Will My Order Come in One Package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.

2. When will I receive my tracking number?
WoodArtDeal will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout once it becomes available. Tracking information is usually provided after the shipment has been created, accepted by the carrier, or marked as in transit.
Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the shipment is handed to the carrier. In many cases, updates appear within 0 to 2 business days, but timing may vary depending on the carrier, tracking system, route, customs clearance, and shipment status.

3. How Do i Track My Order?
To track your order, please click Track Your Order  once tracking information becomes available.
Please enter your tracking number on the tracking page to view the latest available shipment status. If you need help, please contact help@woodartdeal.com and include your order number.

4. Why is My Tracking Number Not Updating?
Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the shipment is created or handed to the carrier. Some shipments may also have limited updates while they are in transit, especially during sea freight, customs clearance, carrier transfer, holidays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us at help@woodartdeal.com with your order number and tracking number.

We Accept Returns Within 30 Calendar Days.

1. How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, email help@woodartdeal.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the return is a Company-Error Return.
Return authorization is required before sending any product back. Once approved, WoodArtDeal will provide the approved return address and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization or to an unauthorized address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.
For Customer-Reason Returns, the product should be returned with the original packaging, accessories, hardware, manuals, and other included components, unless WoodArtDeal approves otherwise in writing.

2. Who Will Pay For the Return?
For Customer-Reason Returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing the return shipping label and for paying the actual return shipping cost to the approved return address. Check our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
For Company-Error Returns, WoodArtDeal will cover approved return shipping costs for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or errors caused by WoodArtDeal. Depending on the situation, WoodArtDeal may either provide a prepaid return label when available or reimburse a reasonable, approved, and documented return shipping cost.


3. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Customers usually receive approved refunds within 6 calendar days after the applicable refund condition is met or an eligible cancellation is approved.


1. How Do i Cancel My Order?
To request a cancellation, email help@woodartdeal.com as soon as possible with your order number and name.
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or placed in transit.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, handed to the carrier, or is in transit, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the customer may request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy .
