1.What payment methods can I use?
Pay directly with PayPal balance
Paypal Credit Cards: currently only available for US customers Paypal credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.)
2.What if I don't have a credit card?
Currently, we only have PayPal as the available payment method. However, you can still proceed with credit card payment without logging into PayPal. We can provide you with a detailed guide on how to do that. Please allow us a moment to send you the instructions. Thank you for your patience!
1.Where is my order now?
To track your order, please click Track Your Order or contact service@woodartdeal.com to get your order information.

Enter your tracking number and you can track your order.
2.How do I cancel my order?
  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
1.How long is your shipping time?
  • Some products in stock take 5-7 days to ship. 
  • Customized products take two weeks to make and four weeks to ship.

2.How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
3.How can I change my address after placing an order?
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@woodartdeal.com or via live chat to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.
4.Where can you ship?
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii.
5.What can I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
Please take a photo and contact us and send an email to service@woodartdeal.com, We will replace or refund your wallet for you, it is completely up to you.
How to process a return?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email service@woodartdeal.com at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
