Care instructions may vary by material. Most WoodArtDeal products are made with solid wood or solid wood paired with metal, while some items may include polywood-style material, woven rattan, or other materials. Please refer to the materials listed on every product page.

• Use in the intended setting. Unless the product page states otherwise, use the item indoors under normal household conditions. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, excessive dryness, and high humidity.
  
• Keep surfaces dry. Wipe up spills and standing water promptly, especially on wood surfaces, around joints, woven areas, and hardware.
  
• Protect from heat and abrasion. Use coasters, pads, or placemats under hot, sharp, heavy, or wet items. Protective finishes and synthetic materials are designed for everyday use, but they are not damage-proof.
  
• Clean gently. Use a soft cloth and mild cleaner suitable for the product’s materials. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, abrasive pads, or pressure washing unless specifically stated as safe for the item.
  
• Assemble and use properly. Follow the assembly, installation, mounting, and use instructions provided with the product. Do not overload shelves, tables, benches, hooks, brackets, or other load-bearing parts beyond reasonable household use.
  
• Do not modify the product. Unauthorized disassembly, structural changes, repainting, refinishing, or repairs may affect the product’s appearance, stability, and warranty coverage.
  
• Natural material variations. For products made with natural wood, live edge slabs, bamboo, or handcrafted elements, variations in grain, knots, tone, texture, shape, and small seasonal movement may occur and are part of the material’s natural character.

Before a new furniture design moves into production, sample pieces are reviewed and refined with experienced craftsmen, including artisans with more than 10 years of woodworking experience. Each product is developed with attention to structure, usability, and finish.

Reliable Delivery

We currently ship eligible orders only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Most furniture ships from China and is typically transported by sea freight first. After arrival in the United States, final delivery is completed by FedEx, an LTL freight carrier, or local freight delivery, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.

We use protective packaging designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging may include a cardboard box, foam padding, and an exterior wooden crate frame, depending on the product. If your order arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
