The industrial-style bar table features a solid wood tabletop and a pipe-style base designed for everyday indoor use. The wood surface is finished with a protective coating to help resist normal wear. With proper care, your bar table can maintain its appearance and function over time. Although the finish helps protect against minor spills, scratches, and heat exposure, it is not damage-proof
1. Keep wood surfaces dry
Wipe up spills and standing water promptly to help protect the wood finish. Moisture should not be left on the tabletop or around joints and hardware for long periods.
2. Protect the tabletop from heat
Use coasters, trivets, pads, or other protective surfaces under hot dishes, cookware, and drinks. This helps reduce the risk of heat marks, stains, or finish damage.
3. Clean gently
Use a soft cloth and a mild cleaner suitable for finished wood surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or strong polishes, as they may damage the wood finish.
Choose Table Length (How Many Seats?)
A good rule of thumb is to allow about 24 inches of usable tabletop length per stool.
For a roomier fit, allow 28–30 inches per person, especially for stools with arms, backs, or swivel seats.
If seating is on one side:
∟ 2 stools → 24 × 2 = 48 inches minimum
∟ 4 stools → 24 × 4 = 96 inches minimum
If seating is on both sides:
∟ 4 people → about 48 inches long, with 2 people on each side
∟ 6 people → about 72 inches long, with 3 people on each side
Want a longer or shorter table? We can customize the tabletop length, depth, and height to fit your space.
Choose Table Height (Match Your Stool)
Already have stools? Measure from the floor to the top of the stool seat.
For comfortable seating, the tabletop is usually about 10–12 inches higher than the stool seat.
Formula:
Stool Seat Height + 10" to 12" = Recommended Table Height
Examples:
∟ 24" stool → 34" to 36" table height
∟ 28" to 30" stool → 40" to 42" table height
If your stool has arms, a thick cushion, or a high back, send us the stool seat height and we’ll help match the best table height.
