    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email service@woodartdeal.com at first.

    • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
    • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

        Good Console Table

        Overall, this is a good, budget-friendly demilune. A few pros and cons for you to consider--

        Pros:
        -Price--I couldn't find a similar one offered at a more competitive price.
        -Solid wood construction--it's heavy enough where I don't worry it will tip over like the one I'm replacing this with.
        -Attractive--as you can see, it looks just as shown in the photos.

        Cons:
        -Paint job--my product smells very strongly of paint, and the reason I took off one star was because in several places, there are whitish tones where it looks like the primer wasn't fully covered with paint. Also, there are three small chips in the paint (about .25 inches in diameter), but they're in places that don't much detract from the overall appearance
        -Shipping time--from the time I ordered to the time it arrived was 35 days.

        Overall, I do recommend this product--even though the paint was a little damaged, for the price, you really can't beat it. As far as the paint smell, I think this will dissipate over time. I did contact service for an update about my order, and they didn't quite get back to me in the time frame noted on their website, but they did apologize for the delay, and even with the delay, response time was still very reasonable. Be sure to order this in plenty of time if you need it by a certain day. If you're iffy about delivery dates, I would contact customer service before ordering. In my case, I believed I ordered this just before Independence Day (US), so there was a holiday included in my 35-day order-to-delivery time. I'm not sure if this item is only made after you order it--the paint is super fresh--or if it originated from outside of the US with final delivery being provided by FedEx. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I WOULD recommend it.
