Reliable Delivery
We currently ship eligible orders only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Most furniture ships from China and is typically transported by sea freight first. After arrival in the United States, final delivery is completed by FedEx, an LTL freight carrier, or local freight delivery, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.
We use protective packaging designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging may include a cardboard box, foam padding, and an exterior wooden crate frame, depending on the product. If your order arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
