Reliable Delivery
We currently ship eligible orders only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Most furniture ships from China and is typically transported by sea freight first. After arrival in the United States, final delivery is completed by FedEx, an LTL freight carrier, or local freight delivery, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.
We use protective packaging designed to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging may include a cardboard box, foam padding, and an exterior wooden crate frame, depending on the product.
