We Provide 1 Year Limited Warranty

At WoodArtDeal, we stand behind furniture made for real homes and everyday use.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, how to submit a claim, and what WoodArtDeal will do when an approved issue is confirmed.

1 Year Limited Warranty

WoodArtDeal provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from woodartdeal.com, unless a different warranty period or warranty scope is clearly stated on the product page or provided by WoodArtDeal in writing.
This warranty starts on the date your order is delivered. It applies only to the original purchaser and to products used under normal indoor household conditions, unless the product page clearly states that the item is suitable for other use.

What This Warranty Covers

Under normal use, this limited warranty covers defects caused by materials, manufacturing, or workmanship, including:
1. Structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
2. Broken or failed load-bearing components under normal use.
3. Defective joints, welding, brackets, hinges, or hardware.
4. Defective or failed functional parts caused by materials, manufacturing, or workmanship.
5. Major manufacturing defects that prevent the product from being used as intended.
6. Significant cracking, separation, warping, or deformation caused by improper material processing or workmanship.

We use the product type, issue description, photos or videos, order information, and reasonable expectations for normal household use to confirm whether the issue is covered.

If the claim is approved, we will tell you which warranty action applies: replacement parts or hardware, standard shipping for eligible parts, repair guidance, a pre-approved repair reimbursement, a replacement item, a comparable replacement, store credit, a partial refund, or a refund.

If the claim is not approved, we will explain the specific reason and, when available, offer paid replacement parts or repair guidance.

Parts that are missing from the package at delivery, wrong items, shipping damage, and defects that are visible at delivery are handled as delivery-related issues under the Shipping Damage, Missing Parts, or Wrong Items section below.

Natural Wood and Handcrafted Characteristics

Many WoodArtDeal products are made with natural wood, live edge slabs, bamboo, or handcrafted elements. These materials make each piece unique.
The following are considered normal material characteristics and are not usually treated as defects:

1. Natural wood grain, knots, mineral lines, and color variation
2. Slight differences in tone between product images and the received item
3. Reasonable live edge shape variation
4. Minor handmade differences in finish, texture, or dimensions
5. Small seasonal expansion or contraction caused by temperature or humidity changes
6. Fine hairline cracks that do not affect safety, stability, or normal use
7. Natural aging, patina, or color change over time

These variations are part of real wood and handcrafted furniture. They do not reduce the structural quality of the product when the item remains safe and functional.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

1. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
2. Exposure to water, rain, direct sunlight, high heat, excessive dryness, or high humidity
3. Improper assembly, installation, mounting, or use not following the product instructions
4. Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, repainting, refinishing, or structural alteration
5. Normal wear and tear from everyday use
6. Surface scratches, dents, stains, fading, or finish wear caused by use or cleaning
7. Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper care
8. Damage caused by pets, children, accidents, fire, flood, earthquake, or other events outside normal use
9. Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product safety or function
10. Products purchased from third-party sellers, resale platforms, unauthorized dealers, or secondhand sources

Delivery-Related Issues Are Not Long-Term Warranty Claims

Shipping damage, missing parts, and wrong items are handled as delivery-related issues, not long-term warranty claims.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. These issues are handled as delivery-related issues under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects discovered within 30 calendar days of delivery are handled as Company-Error Returns or remedy requests under our Return & Refund Policy.

Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. After we verify the order and the item received, we will either direct you to our Return & Refund Policy if a return is needed or arrange shipment of the correct item. If the wrong item needs to be returned, we will provide the return instructions.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the damage, we will either direct you to our Return & Refund Policy or discuss a delivery-damage resolution with you, such as replacement parts, a replacement item, a partial refund, a refund, or another written solution agreed by you and WoodArtDeal.

Missing Parts
If parts or hardware are missing, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. After we verify the missing parts, WoodArtDeal will provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the issue, the solution may include sending missing parts, replacement parts, reshipping the affected item, issuing a partial refund, issuing a full refund, store credit, or another written solution agreed with the customer.

What WoodArtDeal Will Do for Approved Warranty Claims


1. Replacement parts or hardware
2. Standard shipping for eligible replacement parts
3. Repair instructions, installation guidance, or troubleshooting support
4. A pre-approved local repair reimbursement, if WoodArtDeal confirms the repair and reimbursement amount in writing before the repair is performed
5. A replacement item, if replacement parts or repair are not enough to solve the approved defect
6. A comparable replacement item, store credit, partial refund, or refund if the original item or parts are unavailable or if replacement or repair is not practical

Store credit, a discount code, or another alternative solution will only be used with the customer's written agreement and will not replace a refund, replacement item, replacement part, repair reimbursement, or other warranty remedy that the customer is eligible to receive under this policy.

WoodArtDeal will tell you which solution applies to your approved claim before sending parts, arranging a replacement, or issuing a credit or refund.
If a claim is not approved, WoodArtDeal will explain the reason, such as the issue being outside the warranty period, excluded from coverage, caused by use or care conditions, or not verifiable from the information provided.

When available, we may still offer paid replacement parts, repair guidance, or other after-sale support.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please email us with the following information:

1. Order number or proof of purchase
2. Delivery date, if available
3. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
4. A short explanation of when and how the issue occurred
5. Photos of packaging, labels, or hardware if relevant

Warranty Costs

For approved warranty claims, WoodArtDeal will cover reasonable costs related to the approved warranty solution. This may include eligible replacement parts, standard shipping for those parts, an approved replacement item, or a pre-approved repair reimbursement.
Warranty replacement parts or replacement items are shipped only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, unless WoodArtDeal confirms otherwise in writing.

Replacement Parts and Warranty Period

Receiving replacement parts, repair guidance, reimbursement, store credit, or a replacement item does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless WoodArtDeal confirms otherwise in writing.
The warranty period remains based on the delivery date of the original order.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your furniture in good condition, please follow reasonable care and use practices:

1. Use the furniture indoors unless stated otherwise
2. Keep wood surfaces dry and wipe spills promptly
3. Avoid placing extreme heat directly on finished surfaces (Use coasters, pads, or protective mats when needed)
4. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
5. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, and unstable humidity
6. Assemble or install the furniture according to the instructions
7. Do not overload shelves, tables, benches, hooks, or brackets beyond reasonable use

Proper care helps preserve the finish, structure, and long-term performance of your furniture.

Returns and Refunds

This Warranty Policy is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

A return request, cancellation request, shipping damage claim, wrong-item claim, missing-parts claim, or warranty claim may have different requirements, timelines, and available solutions. Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts should be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. If a return, refund, or exchange is required for those delivery-related issues, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
Verified manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects discovered after the 30-calendar-day return window may be handled under this Warranty Policy if the product is still within the applicable warranty period.
If an approved warranty remedy requires the product to be returned, we will confirm the return instructions in writing.
If an approved warranty remedy includes a refund, partial refund, or store credit without requiring a return, WoodArtDeal will confirm the amount, method, and timing in writing.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Policy Updates

WoodArtDeal may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, operational updates, or legal requirements.
Any update will not reduce warranty rights that have already applied to eligible products purchased before the update.
The latest version published on woodartdeal.com will be the current version of this policy.
