As wood is a natural product please note that there will be slight variances with the finish on each piece, making yours a one-of-a-kind.
We use the best woods available - pine imported from New Zealand and oak grown locally in the U.S. They are both sustainably sourced woods, from there, we hand select the best planks for your order. The result? Furniture that feels like it always belonged in your home.

The wood we use and the furniture, shelves and mantels we produce have been independently certified as meeting the national standards.
We contract only professional freight and local delivery companies with years of industry experience to deliver your furniture. We do drop-ship as many online furniture companies do. All orders ship from our warehouse. We own our warehouses and the logistics system.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

A. We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards Payment on PayPal (No need to register and sign in to PayPal).

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We don't charge sales tax presently, but there may be changes in the later period according to the actual situation.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our factoriesuy located. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
